At 4GK Fitness we recognize that our members’ needs must come first. After speaking with a bunch of you, we are going to make a few changes to the schedule to better support your fitness goals.
First, starting on Friday, February 6th, we will be adding a 10:00 AM class to the schedule. A few people have expressed interest in a daytime class, and Melissa is on board, so let’s show her the love and pack this new time slot!
In addition, we will be moving the Thursday evening Yoga class up a half hour. Thursday’s Yoga class will now begin at 7:45 pm. If it works for everyone, we will also move the Monday class to match. Be sure to let us know in the 4GK Fitness Tribe Facebook Group if this change on Mondays works for you.
If you’re looking for something a little more “Hands On”, check out our new self defense program: 4GK Combatives. 4GK Combatives will combine a bit of fitness from the kickboxing class with the no-nonsense bits of the martial arts program taught at The Four Gates School of Chinese Martial Arts. In this class, we will be working on building fitness and learning techniques ad concepts that will allow participants to walk with confidence knowing they can protect themselves and their loved ones. No funny uniforms or ancient Chinese cultures, just pure self defense for adults. The first class is Wednesday, February 4th at 8:15 pm.
